CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is due at the time of booking for all day trips.

Citizens Bank Park in South Philadelphia is known for its fan-friendly atmosphere, classic ballpark feel with brick and steel, and iconic features like Ashburn Alley and the Liberty Bell in center field, offering great views of the Philly skyline and hosting numerous events beyond baseball. Opened in 2004, it boasts modern amenities, diverse food options, and unique tributes to Phillies history, all contributing to its status as a top MLB ballpark.

Food options at Citizens Bank Park include a wide variety sure to appeal to any taste.

WALKABILITY

The bus will drop off passengers as close to the entrance as possible but you should expect that there is a great deal of walking involved.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair or scooter or ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a  preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
