CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours - no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

• Payment for all day trips must be made in full at the time of booking.

MEALS

Brunch will be served at Tomasello Winery, Hammonton, N.J., and includes bread and pastry display; fresh fruit; salad; omelet station with sausage, bacon and potatoes; one breakfast entree (TBD) and one luncheon entree (TBD); vegetable; rice; dessert; coffee and tea.

Please be prepared to show identification indicating you are 21 years of age or older.

Gloucester Premium Outlets in Blackwood, N.J., houses more than 80 stores including Aerie, Michael Kors, Levi's, Under Armour, J. Crew Factory and UGG to name a few.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

WALKABILITY

The bus will drop off passengers as close as possible to the entrances of the winery and the outlet center. The amount of walking you do at the outlets is up to you.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
