IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

Radio City Music Hall does not issue paper tickets.
All tickets are digital and will be transferred to you via email by Martz Bus a week to two weeks before your trip.
You must follow these steps to secure your tickets:

• After you receive an email from Martz Bus, you must accept your tickets.

• You must have a Ticketmaster account to access your tickets.

• If you already have a Ticketmaster account, log into your account on your phone.

• If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, you must download the official Ticketmaster Mobile App and create an account.

• After your account is set up, you must log in on your phone. Do not log in on your laptop, tablet or PC. You must log in and transfer your tickets onto the phone you will be carrying with you when you go to the show.

• From the navigation menu, select My Events to locate your order and view your tickets.

• Please be sure to have your digital tickets easily accessible with the bar code visible on your phone in order to enter Radio City Music Hall.

CANCELLATIONS

·         All sales are final.

·         Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

·         Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

·         As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable even if you cancel the trip more than 60 days before the departure date.

·         If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per ticket will hold each ticket through Aug. 31, 2025.

VENUE INFO

Radio City Music Hall is at 1260 6th Ave., New York City. Entrances are on 50th Street, east of Sixth Avenue; on 51st Street, east of Sixth Avenue, and at the box office lobby on Sixth Avenue.

MEALS

You are on your own for meals while in New York City. Here is a link to restaurants located near the dropoff/pickup area.

ACCESSIBILITY

 If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing an ADA-approved mobility device, please provide a description in the Comments section when making your reservation. Non-approved ADA devices will not be allowed to be stored on or beneath the bus. 

The Radio City Music Hall accessible entrance is in the box office lobby on Sixth Avenue, between 50th & 51st streets.

WALKABILITY

You will be dropped off in the theater district, as close to Radio City Music Hall, as possible.

As for traveling throughout New York City, you will be on your own to walk or use public transportation.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. We are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers.
