If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

VENUE INFO
The Philadelphia Zoo, America's First Zoo, is located in the Centennial District of Philadelphia on the west bank of the Schuylkill River. Chartered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on March 21, 1859, its opening was delayed by the Civil War until July 1, 1874.
This 42-acre zoo is home to more than 1,900 rare and endangered animals across more than 340 species.
ACCESSIBILITY
If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.
WALKABILITY
There is quite a bit of walking involved at the Philadelphia Zoo but there are plenty of places to sit down and rest along the way.
BUS SEATING
While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
