CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT 

Payment for all day trips must be made in full at the time of booking.

VENUE INFO 

The Philadelphia Flower Show is held at The Pennsylvania Convention Center. 

MEALS

Food vendors are featured throughout the Convention Center and especially in Bloom City where you can purchase food, beverages and sweets.
Additional dining options are available at Reading Terminal Market, a two-minute walk from the Convention Center. 

This is a walking tour. You will have sufficient time to walk at your own pace.

WALKABILITY

The bus will drop off passengers as close as possible to the entrance of the Flower Show.

It is up to you to decide how much walking you will do throughout the day.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing an ADA-approved mobility device, please provide a description in the Comments section when making your reservation. Non-approved ADA devices will not be allowed to be stored on or beneath the bus.

The PA Convention Center is a wheelchair-accessible venue. The Flower Show has wheelchairs, motorized scooters, and strollers for rent, with advance reservations through Mobility on Wheels. It is recommended that you make your reservations for a mobility device as early as possible.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
