CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is due at the time of booking for all day trips.

Citi Field is a Major League Baseball stadium in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, Queens, New York, home to the New York Mets since 2009, replacing Shea Stadium with a design blending classic and modern features, including the iconic Jackie Robinson Rotunda and paying homage to historic Ebbets Field. It's a premier event destination hosting concerts and large gatherings, easily accessible by subway, and offers unique fan experiences and amenities.

Capacity is 41,800 to 42,500.

MEALS

Citi Field offers a wide variety of food options featuring New York classics and diverse options from top chefs, with favorites including Pat LaFrieda's steak sandwiches, Prince Street Pizza, Seoul Bird Korean fried chicken, Shake Shack, Pig Beach BBQ, and Chiddy's Cheesesteaks, alongside rotating local Queens vendors and unique items like vodka chicken parm egg rolls, solidifying its reputation as a premier stadium food destination. 

WALKABILITY

The bus will drop off passengers as close to the entrance of Citi Field but you should expect that there is a great deal of walking involved.

ACCESSIBILITY

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a  preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip.
