CANCELLATIONS

·         All sales are final.

·         Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

·         Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

·         As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable even if you cancel the trip more than 60 days before the departure date.

·         If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT 

Payment for all day trips must be made in full at the time of booking.

MEALS

Only snacks and beverages are sold at Sight & Sound.
Hershey Farm Resort serves an all-you-can-eat buffet including Pennsylvania Dutch staples. The dessert bar features freshly made treats from the bakery. 

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

WALKABILITY

There is very limited walking involved in this tour. You will be dropped off in the parking lots of the Sight & Sound Theatre and the Hershey Farm Resort.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
