CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• All multi-day tours require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PARKING

• Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes-Barre Township: Parking is free. Pickup is in the area of the Ken Pollock Service Center, site of the former Sears service center.

• Scranton Bus Terminal, 30 Lackawanna Ave., Scranton: The $9 daily parking fee is being waived. Your parking pass will be included in your passenger packet before you board the bus. Please place the pass in your windshield. Parking passes will not be available in advance at the terminal. When you arrive at the bus terminal, do not enter from Lackawanna Avenue; this entryway is for buses only. Turn onto Cliff Avenue from Lackawanna Avenue, then make a left into the bus terminal parking lot.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing an ADA-approved mobility device, please provide a description in the Comments section when making your reservation. Non-approved ADA devices will not be allowed to be stored on or beneath the bus.

WALKABILITY

There is quite a bit of walking on this tour - especially in the area of the Falls since the motorcoach can only get so close to the entrance.

The amount of walking you do when on your own is up to you since many of the restaurants and attractions are within close proximity to the hotel.

The safari includes a bus ride and at most venues the motorcoach will drop off passengers as close to the entrance as possible.

HOTEL INFO

Fairfield Inn by Marriott has an indoor pool, fitness center and on-site restaurant and is within walking distance to major attractions.

VENUE INFO

Our Voyage to the Falls boat ride aboard the Hornblower is a 20-minute cruise that offers a lifetime of memories. Enjoy stunning views of the Niagara Gorge, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls, and come face-to-face with the famous Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

A new attraction, Niagara Takes Flight is a virtual flying theater ride that takes you to the skies for a breathtaking journey along the Niagara River corridor. You'll soar across parkland, from the shores of Lake Ontario to the edge of Lake Erie, as breathtaking landscapes unfold beneath you.

A new item on the Martz itinerary is the popular Safari Niagara, a zoological park that is about 13 miles from the hotel. More than 1,000 animals from around the world make their home at this park which will host a bus safari for Martz travelers.

MEALS

A breakfast buffet will be served in the hotel's dining room on Days 2 & 3.

Dinner is included at a local restaurant to be announced.

A lunch buffet is included on the second day when we visit Safari Niagara.

There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and numerous options for lunch while at Niagara-on-the-Lake.
