CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all day trips.

VENUE INFO

Longwood Gardens springs to life every March through May with the newness and beauty of the season. You'll see the stunning Bonsai Courtyard, gorgeous new outdoor landscapes, and a redesigned Idea Garden, making this a season of fresh beginnings like never before.

Enjoy a sample of some reds and whites, sweet and dry at Chaddsford Winery in the heart of the Brandywine Valley before heading to Longwood Gardens.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

WALKABILITY

There is a short walk from the bus dropoff at Longwood Gardens to the entrance. The amount of walking you do inside Longwood Gardens is up to you.

Complimentary wheelchairs are available in the visitor center lobby at Longwood Gardens. Strollers and electric scooters are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the rentals area in the visitor center. A valid photo ID is needed to rent a device. Guests are encouraged to bring their own mobility devices as inventory is limited.

MEALS

Our lunch at Mendenhall Inn is the Brandywine Buffet which includes 10-ounce hamburgers; all-beef, 1/4-pound hot dogs; barbecue chicken breast; Caesar salad; potato salad; macaroni salad; cookies and brownies; and coffee, tea, iced tea or decaf.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please make note of them when you are booking this tour.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
