If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.
PAYMENT
For multi-day tours, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Half of the cost of the trip must be made by May 6, 60 days before the departure.
The trip must be paid in full by June 5, 30 days before the tour departs.

VENUE INFO
Pride of the Hudson offers a two-hour, narrated sightseeing cruise beginning at Pride's Landing in Newburgh, N.Y. Bask in the open air or relax in the climate-controlled interior. A boxed lunch will be served. A cash bar is featured.
Founded in 1946, the Culinary Institute of America is considered the world's premier culinary college with campuses in three states and Singapore, offering degrees, certificate programs and courses. You will meet the students, enjoy some taste-testing and tour the campus before being served a culinary delight for lunch.
Franklin D. Roosevelt's boyhood home, Springwood, reflects much of the president's personality and values. He returned often to Springwood to renew his spirit during times of personal and political crisis.
The FDR Presidential Library & Museum in Hyde Park houses his papers, memorabilia and set a precedent for all future chief executives regarding the preservation of historical documents relating to a single administration.
MEALS
Breakfast on Day 2 will be served at the hotel.
Lunch on Day 1 is a boxed lunch served aboard the Pride of the Hudson.
Dinner on Day 1 will be served at Blu Pointe Restaurant which offers delicious food, a comfortable atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Hudson River.
The lunch package on Day 2 at the Culinary Institute of America will include a salad, entree and dessert. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please note that when making your reservation.
WALKABILITY
There is limited walking required on this tour. The bus will drop off passengers as close to the entrance of each venue as possible.
There will be some walking involved at the Culinary Institute of America and at the two FDR sites.
