CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all day trips.

MEALS

Included in the tour is lunch at Fox Run Vineyards. Lunch options will be announced as we get closer to the date of the trip.

Dinner will be served at Seneca Harbor Station. Please choose your entree at the time of booking.

VENUE INFO

Fox Run Vineyards in Penn Yan, N.Y., on the west side of Seneca Lake, is a Civil War-era dairy farm converted into a winemaking facility. The owners pride themselves on creating a friendly, comfortable environment while serving a wide variety of wines.

Nestled on the west side of Cayuga Lake is Swedish Hill Winery where you'll find a range of wines and hard cider. The winery is owned and operated by the Martin family which offers a range of reds, blushes and whites, from dry to sweet.

Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards is well known among Finger Lakes enthusiasts and produces many award-winning wines including Solera Sherry and Red Cat.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

WALKABILITY

We expect there will be very little walking involved in this tour since the bus likely will drop off passengers as close to each entrance as possible.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
