CANCELLATIONS

·         All sales are final.

·         Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

·         Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

·         As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable even if you cancel the trip more than 60 days before the departure date.

·         If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

For multi-day tours, a non-refundable, 10 percent deposit is required at the time of booking. 

Half of the cost of the trip must be made by Oct. 9, 60 days before the departure.

The trip must be paid in full by Nov. 9, 30 days before the tour departs.

The Dyker Lights Christmas Tour is a 2 ½-hour tour of the extravagant holiday light displays in the this Brooklyn neighborhood. Here you'll find the most extravagant neighborhood Christmas light display in the country with more than 100,000 people flocking to this area every year to see the decorations. 

American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, N.J., is an entertainment and retail center. It includes attractions such as an indoor theme park, water park and ski slope. 

Stores range from discount to high-end, providing something for everyone.

MEALS

You are on your own for lunch/dinner in New York City on Day 1 before boarding the bus for the lights tour. It is suggested that you make dinner reservations beforehand. Restaurants near the theater district

Breakfast is included at the hotel on Day 2.

You are on your own for lunch on Day 2 at the American Dream Mall with a variety of eateries to choose from, serving everything from steaks to salads, pizza to dessert, and everything in between.

WALKABILITY

This is a 2 1/2-hour walking tour through the Dyker Heights neighborhood.

You may walk at your own pace throughout the American Dream Mall. Benches are situated throughout the complex.
