CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all day trips.

MEALS

You are on your own for lunch at Lehigh Valley Zoo where you can purchase tacos, burgers, steak sandwiches, pierogies and hot dogs at Geakers or grab-and-go items at Cockatoo Café.

You also are welcome to bring your own lunch.

VENUE INFO

Lehigh Valley Zoo is located in the heart of the Trexler Nature Preserve and is home to more than 325 animal ambassadors representing more than 125 species.
Lost River Caverns in Hellertown is described as nature’s underground wonderland. Gilman’s “At the Cave” features a wide selection of findings, gem stones, metals and tools, lapidary supplies and equipment along with a variety of minerals and crystals.

TEMPERATURE inside the cavern is 52 degrees year round so dress accordingly.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

Lost River Caverns - both the building and the caverns - are not handicap accessible.

WALKABILITY

There is quite a bit of walking involved at both the zoo and inside the caverns.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
