Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

Deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable.
If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, the full price will be refunded. You have the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.
PARKING
Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes-Barre Township: Parking is free. Pickup is in the area of the Ken Pollock Service Center, site of the former Sears service center.
Scranton Bus Terminal, 30 Lackawanna Ave., Scranton: The $9 daily parking fee is being waived. Your parking pass will be included in your passenger packet before you board the bus. Please place the pass in your windshield. Parking passes will not be available in advance at the terminal. When you arrive at the bus terminal, do not enter from Lackawanna Avenue; this entryway is for buses only. Turn onto Cliff Avenue from Lackawanna Avenue, then make a left into the bus terminal parking lot.

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair or scooter, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.
WALKABILITY
There is a limited amount of walking involved in this tour. The bus will transport you to each venue and drop you off as close to the entrance as possible each time. The amount of walking you do on each included tour is up to you.

Encore Boston Harbor has a casino, onsite restaurants, spa, salon, fitness center, drugstore and boutique.
Rooms with two beds are limited so if you request two beds in your room, we will pass on the request but cannot guarantee the hotel can accommodate all requests.
You may request a room with two beds and we will pass it on to the hotels but since they are limited, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned a room with two beds. Requests made after the rooming list has been submitted to the hotel (usually 4-6 weeks before the departure date) cannot be accommodated.
VENUE INFO
The iconic Cheers bar -- where everybody knows your name -- was previously known as the Bull & Finch Pub and the inspiration for a beloved sitcom. The bar is still an intimate neighborhood bar.
Harvard University is a private Ivy League institution in Cambridge, Mass., founded in 1636 as New College and later named for John Harvard, a Puritan clergyman.

Eustis Estate in Milton, Mass., exemplifies a rare surviving example of late 19th-century architecture and design. Built in 1878, the mansion sits atop 80 acres of picturesque landscape at the base of the Blue Hills.
A historic coastline treasure, Hammond Castle contains nearly 100 years of history and offers an array of interactive exhibits that blend history, science and art.
Vaillancourt, known for its fine art chalkware, hosts a Christmas market each year that offers an array of collectibles and souvenirs.
MEALS
Our dinner locations on Days 2 & 3 will be announced. If you are required to make a meal selection, you will be notified through email.
Our holiday tea at Eustis Mansion will serve as a light lunch. We'll also enjoy lunch at Cheers following a gingerbread house-making session.
Vouchers ($20 for each of the three breakfasts and one dinner) will be provided where it is listed as "on your own" at the hotel.
If you are asked to make a meal selection, orders placed after the deadline (usually two weeks to one month before the departure) may not be received.
BUS SEATING
While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice.
