CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, the full price will be refunded. You have the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all day trips.

VENUE INFO

The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown is a museum and educational institution in upstate New York, celebrating the history of baseball by preserving artifacts and honoring those individuals who made significant contributions to the sport.

WALKABILITY

The amount of walking you do is up to you. You will be dropped off at the Hall of Fame museum and will be on your own throughout the day. Cooperstown is a small town so many of the other attractions and restaurants are within walking distance.

MEALS

You are on your own for your meals while in Cooperstown. There is no cafeteria inside the Baseball Hall of Fame but numerous restaurants are within walking distance of the museum. You may have your hand stamped so that you can re-enter the Hall of Fame Museum if you'd like.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
