CANCELLATIONS

·         All sales are final.

·         Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

·         Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

·         As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable even if you cancel the trip more than 60 days before the departure date.

·         If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all day trips.

MEALS

You will receive a voucher for an entrée at The Marketplace which is good for one selection and soft drink.
Relax with a craft beer or snack (not included) at Flying Fish Beer Garden on the terrace and take in the beauty of the Camden waterfront with its view of Philadelphia skyline.
Coffee drinks including lattes, espresso and iced coffee are for sale at Coffee by La Colombe.

Adventure Aquarium on the Camden, N.J., waterfront is one of the top-rated aquariums in the Northeast.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

Adventure Aquarium is fully accessible for guests in wheelchairs/electric convenience vehicles and for those who find steps challenging. Manual wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECV) are available for rental at the Information Desk in the Main Lobby daily. A manual wheelchair can be rented for $6, with a fully refundable $10 deposit required. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for rentals.

WALKABILITY

We will drop you off as close to the entrance of the Adventure Aquarium as possible. The amount of walking you do depends on you.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
