Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable.

If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, the full price will be refunded. You have the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.
ACCESSIBILITY
If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair or scooter, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.
WALKABILITY
There is quite a bit of walking involved in this tour. The bus will transport you to each venue and drop you off as close to the entrance as possible each time but there is walking involved in many of the tours.

Tales & Tombstones Trolley Tour is a night tour that focuses on the occult and paranormal. Visit scenes of grisly murders and ghastly executions and hear tales of ghosts.

Hammond Castle Museum was built to incorporate one man’s private collection of original European artifacts. Its major architectural elements include doorways, archways, windows, decorative surfaces, alcoves, fireplaces, and even entire facades of medieval shops and dwellings. He personally selected the items, had them shipped here, and directed his architectural firm to incorporate them within a structure using locally sourced materials.

One of the main attractions on this New England tour is the Salem Witch Museum which examines one of the most enduring and emotional events in American History, the Salem witch trials of 1692. The museum consists of two presentations. The first provides an immersive look into the events of 1692. Visitors experience the drama of that dark time though thirteen life-size stage sets, figures, lighting and narration as they are witness to the web of lies and intrigue of the Salem witch-hunt.
The second exhibit, “Witches: Evolving Perceptions,” explores the meaning behind the word witch and evolution of the image of the witch over time.
