All sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.
PARKING
Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes-Barre Township: Parking is free. Pickup is in the area of the Ken Pollock Service Center, site of the former Sears service center.
Scranton Bus Terminal, 30 Lackawanna Ave., Scranton: The $9 daily parking fee is being waived. Your parking pass will be included in your passenger packet before you board the bus. Please place the pass in your windshield. Parking passes will not be available in advance at the terminal. When you arrive at the bus terminal, do not enter from Lackawanna Avenue; this entryway is for buses only. Turn onto Cliff Avenue from Lackawanna Avenue, then make a left into the bus terminal parking lot.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all day trips.
VENUE INFO
Longwood Gardens is a wonderful treat throughout the year but comes alive in a magical way every Christmas season. Wander the paths outside through hundreds of thousands of twinkling lights. Warm your hands and your heart inside the conservatories and marvel at the beauty of the displays.
ACCESSIBILITY
If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair, scooter or other ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.
WALKABILITY
There is a short walk from the bus dropoff at Longwood Gardens to the entrance. The amount of walking you do inside Longwood Gardens is up to you.
Complimentary wheelchairs are available in the visitor center lobby at Longwood Gardens. Strollers and electric scooters are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the rentals area in the visitor center. A valid photo ID is needed to rent a device. Guests are encouraged to bring their own mobility devices as inventory is limited.
MEALS
You are on your own for dinner at Longwood Gardens which features several dining options including 1906 (reservations required); The Cafe with a la carte menu items; and the Beer Garden where you can dine alfresco.
BUS SEATING
While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
