CANCELLATIONS

·         All sales are final.

·         Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

·         Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

·         As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable even if you cancel the trip more than 60 days before the departure date.

·         If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

HOTEL INFO

Grand Hotel of Cape May is a luxurious seaside hotel on Beach Avenue steps from the beach. The hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, fitness facility and arcade/game room.

WALKABILITY

The bus will drop off passengers as close as possible to the entrances of the hotel, winery and restaurants. There is a short walk (about a half-mile) from the dropoff at the bus depot to the Washington Street Mall.

The mall is an outdoor pedestrian shopping area with benches and restaurants throughout.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing an ADA-approved mobility device, please provide a description in the **Comments** section when making your reservation. Non-approved ADA devices will not be allowed to be stored on or beneath the bus.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a  preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. We are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers.
