CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

• Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

• As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable even if you cancel the trip more than 60 days before the departure date.

• If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is due at the time of booking for all day trips.

VENUE INFO

Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia is the oldest theater in the nation. The orchestra seating is on the first level of this two-level venue with no seat further than 45 feet from the stage.

There is a 15-minute intermission.

The bars on the orchestra and mezzanine levels are open before the show and during intermission and serve a variety of refreshments including full bars, snacks, cappuccino, espresso and desserts. The mainstage lobby bars and cafe open one hour before the performance.

MEALS

Dinner will be served at Hard Rock Cafe, Philadelphia, and includes five options and soft drink or iced tea.

WALKABILITY

The bus will drop off passengers close to the entrance to the theater. There is little walking involved.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing a wheelchair or scooter or ADA-approved mobility device, please make note of it in the Comments section when making your reservation.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a  preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.
